Shrimp Regatta

- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 16 oz. sliced white mushrooms shopping list
- 2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced shopping list
- 2 Tbsp Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped shopping list
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in large saute pan.
- Add mushrooms and saute until lightly browned.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Cover to preserve juice.
- Saute for 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink, stirring a few times.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread for "soppin' up the juice".
