I got this recipe from my sister. It is really special and delicious, I always make extras (in smaller size) & keep them in the fridger for the children's school lunch.

Ingredients
- 125g ricotta cheese
- 450g S R Flour
- 300ml low fat milk
Directions
- Mix all the ingredient together.
- Let it stand for 30-40minutes.
- Divide the dough, sprinkle some flour on the table and roll the base to your desire pizza size.
- You can put the topping & bake together or
- Just bake the base & store them for other days.
- If you only bake the base, do not bake them too long.
