Amaretto Cherry Bread Recipe

How to make it

  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt onto wax paper. In large bowl of electric mixer, at medium speed, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating until combined. Fold in dry ingredients. Add Amaretto, walnuts and cherries. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees until done. Cool.
