This is quick and easy. I remember mom making these for me. I've used this one in my classroom when the temperature was in the 90s. Kids love it!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
  • orange
  • optional: cherries for garnish

Directions
  1. Blend the orange juice and the ice cream tog. until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and decorate with orange slice and cherries.
  3. Mom always put the orange and cherry on a toothpick and we felt very special. Your kids will love it.
