Pork Roast

Ingredients
- pork roast
- 4 bottles beer
- potatoes cut up not peeled 6-8
- 2 bags carrots not peeled just ends cut off
- turnips4-6
- onions 4-6
How to make it
- wash pork roast off
- put in pan with lid
- add four beers
- add all veggies
- cover and bake at 350
- 2 1/2 hours
