jam tarts with a cake topping, fun for kids to make, and delicious to eat

Ingredients
  • 12 frozen tart shells
  • 12 tsp fruit jam (any flavour)
  • white cake batter, your own or a mix
  • 6 marachino cherries sliced

Directions
  1. put 1 tsp jam in bottom of each tart shell
  2. top with about 2 tbsp cake batter
  3. top with cherry
  4. bake in 370 oven for about 30 minutes
