Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) Oreo cookies, crushed shopping list
- 1/2 butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 2 c. confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk shopping list
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 (8-oz.) Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
- salted Spanish peanuts or pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and pat into 13x9 pan.
- Freeze, spoon ice cream over and freeze well.
- Topping- Combine sugar, butter, milk, and chocolate ships and boil for 8 minutes.
- Cool well... spoon over ice cream. Spread whipped topping over chocolate sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
- Cut into squares and keep frozen until served.

the only thing I can say is... the serving size is defintely wrong here......instead of 6 servings it should be 1!! LOL Sounds great!!
