Mexican Creamed Corn And Green Chile Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetale oil
- 2 (16 ounce) cans cream style corn
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup yellow corn meal
- 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies
- 1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, grated
How to make it
- In medium size bowl, combine, corn, garlic powder, eggs and corn meal
- Spread 1/2 mixture in a greased 2 quart casserole
- Top with 1 can chilies, and 1/2 of the cheese
- Repeat layers
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes
- Delicious
