How to make it

  • Start to finish: up to 1 week
  • Juice lemons and reserve juice.
  • Quarter lemons and place in pitcher with sugar.
  • Mix well
  • Pour in vodka.
  • Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
  • After a day, stir mixture and return to refrigerator.
  • repeat for 4 days or up to a week.
  • Strain and push and press on lemons to extract all liquids.
  • Funnel mixture into the empty vodka bottle.
  • Store in refrigerator or freeze.
  • use as preferred for drinks, cocktails, dessert syrups etc.
