How to make it

  • pre-heat the oven to 180 conventional/ 160 fanforced.
  • Line 2 baking trays with baking paper
  • Beat butter and icing sugar mixture untill light and creamy
  • beat in eggs and vanilla
  • fold in flour to make soft dough
  • roll aprox 2 teaspoon mixture into balls, place on baking tray, allow a little space for speading and make an indent of eack with your thumb
  • fill each center with 1/2 a teaspoon in jam
  • bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or untill firm and very pale golden brown
  • remove to rack to cool
  • To make even more speacial drizzel over cold Jam drops with melted chocolate. YUM

    I know lol I used apple and cinimon jelly and strawberry jam and put melted chocolate over the top they were awsome!!!
