- Burdock root shopping list
- safflower oil shopping list
- chili powder to taste shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Make thin slices of the roots using a vegetable peeler or knife.
- In a saucepan, heat oil to 325 degrees F.
- Fry slices until crispy, about 1-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and allow to drain on a paper towel lined tray.
- Sprinkle with salt and chili powder.
