How to make it

  • Make thin slices of the roots using a vegetable peeler or knife.
  • In a saucepan, heat oil to 325 degrees F.
  • Fry slices until crispy, about 1-3 minutes.
  • Remove from oil and allow to drain on a paper towel lined tray.
  • Sprinkle with salt and chili powder.
