These shrimp wontons are easy to make, and make a perfect appetizer. I only entered a ONE for servings, because you can make as many of these as you desire. Guaranteed your guests will want more than one! :+D

Ingredients
  • Wonton wrappers
  • cocktail sized cooked shrimps
  • bean sprouts
  • carrot slivers
  • salt and pepper
  • canola oil
  • egg wash

Directions
  1. Lay out the wonton wrappers
  2. add the shrimps, bean sprouts
  3. add the shrimps
  4. add the carrot slivers
  5. salt and pepper before closing the wrapper
  6. Form each wrapper into a triangular shaped pocket
  7. Press closed with a moistened fork
  8. Brush with egg wash
  9. Deep fry until golden brown in canola oil.
  10. HINT:
  11. Don't add too much mixture in the wrappers, as this prevents a proper closing seal.
