How to make it

  • Add the sugar and the water and boil for 1 minute.
  • In a big plate put the cake and cover with half the sugar paste.
  • Add the almonds to the remaine sugar with water and let boil for 30 seconds and then let it cool for 2 minutes.
  • Add the egg and egg yolks and let cook until has thickened.
  • Cover the cake with the hot egg cream.
  • When cold, sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
