- 250 gr angel cake or "pão de ló" sliced shopping list
- 500 gr sugar shopping list
- 3,8 dl water shopping list
- 125 gr almond in powder shopping list
- 9 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Add the sugar and the water and boil for 1 minute.
- In a big plate put the cake and cover with half the sugar paste.
- Add the almonds to the remaine sugar with water and let boil for 30 seconds and then let it cool for 2 minutes.
- Add the egg and egg yolks and let cook until has thickened.
- Cover the cake with the hot egg cream.
- When cold, sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
