Nuked Pickles

- 3 cups (about three pickling cucumbers) washed and sliced shopping list
- 3/4 cup of sliced sweet onion shopping list
- 3/4 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp of salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of mustard seed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of tumeric shopping list
- 1/2 cup of white vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingredients in a microwave safe dish.
- Stir and cover.
- Cook 4 minutes on high.
- Stir.
- Cook another 4 minutes on high.
- While hot put in a jar with a lid.
- Put in the refrigerator.
- Ready to eat in two days.
- My boss brings these in on pot luck days and they vanish. Easy.

your right the two day wait is the hardest... I made long cured pickles a couple of times and by the time they were suppose to be ready there was any left!!! a five in my book dear
