Easy to make and let it ferment in the refrigerator .........ta -duh.......its done ...........hahahaha ...... this is a caribbean recipe ......... from the caribbean party cookbook
Ingredients
- sugar to your taste shopping list
- 4 - pints of water shopping list
- 8 - ripe golden apples shopping list
- 2 -tablespoons of rum shopping list
- 1/2 - teaspoon of essence.eg ( sassafras,wintergreen , or lemon) shopping list
How to make it
- First wash then peel the golden apples,
- cut or grate the apple in small pieces.............
- Put the peel, pulp and seeds right into
- a jar..............
- Next add sugar, water rum along with the
- essence, stir until the sugar dissolved. ...........
- Let the mixture sit for at least 2 days...........
- Strain, bottle then keep it right in the
- refrigerator
- Use as needed
