Ingredients
  • pork loin or pork butt roast
  • 1 can of pepsi/coke
  • 1 can green chilis
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion cut into quarters
  • 1 jalepeno, deseeded and cut into halfs
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. cut pork roast or loin into 2+ pieces
  2. add pork, chilis, onion, jalepeno, pepsi/coke, onion, chicken broth and salt/pepper to pot,
  3. cook on stove for 3-4 hours
  4. remove from heat
  5. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  6. spoon out (with slotted spoon) meat and put into a roasting pan
  7. shred/pull apart meat slightly
  8. save broth from pot.
  9. Cook meat in oven for 30-45 mins so it's slightly crispy
  10. remove from oven and spoon broth mixture over meat.
  11. serve with corn or flour tortillas and sides such as salsa, guac. etc.
