- 1/2 gal apple cider
- 1 Tbs whole allspice
- 1 Tbs whole clove
- 8 cinnamon sticks
How to make it
- In a 3 quart sauce pan, heat cider and spices except cinnamon sticks to boiling. Turn down and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place cinnamon sticks into mugs.
- Strain hot cider into mugs and serve.
- A little whipped cream is a nice addition to this.
