HIGH COUNTRY APPLE CAKE

Simple and simply delicious!
Ingredients
- HIGH COUNTRY applE cake shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon. salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 tbs. cinnamon shopping list
- 2 c. unpeeled, cubed apples shopping list
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional) shopping list
- Measure all ingredients, except apples and pecans, into large bowl. Beat together thoroughly with spoon. Fold in apples and pecans. Bake in greased and floured 9" x 13" pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and remove from pan. Serves 12. shopping list
