I use these measurements to work with a variety of recipes. I also prefer weighing my flour for more accurate baking and it is actually not as time consuming as measuring out cups of flour.

This is fantastic. This is why I haven't tried some recipes. I didn't know how to convert. Thank you for taking the time to do this.

If you're in the U.S., why not purchase a set of metric measuring cups/spoons? Especially if you cook/bake a lot. I bought a set of both from Tupperware years ago, and you can buy them from Amazon.com, too! FYI, a lot of cookbooks have handy conversion tables in the front/back for several different weights/measures. Thanks for publishing this conversion table! Very handy!
