fried tamatoes and wieners

- Serves 4
A zesty blend of fresh ripened tomatoes, wieners and seasoning to create a flavour explosion in your mouth
Ingredients
- - you can either do this with 2 large cans of caned or stewed tomatoes or 12 -14 fresh rippened tomatoes shopping list
- - 6-12 sliced wieners of your choise shopping list
- - 1/4 small coking onion diced shopping list
- - salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- - dice or cut up tomatoes
- - dice up onion
- - slice wieners to desired thickness
- - season with salt and pepper
- - put all ingredients in ungreased cast iron frying pan and cook at med to high heat for about 5-10 mins reduce heat and simmer for another 5-10 mins season to taste.
- -serve in pasta bowl with fresh french bread
