Welsh White Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 1/2 cups flour

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375*.

Sift the flour, baking soda and baking powder together.

Cream the butter and sugar.

Beat in eggs, vinegar and vanilla.

Combine the dry ingredients.

Add to the butter mixture and blend well. Drop onto cookie sheets.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Lemon Glaze is really good on these cookies:

3 cups powdered sugar

2 T. Lemon Juice

1 T. milk
