Ingredients
  • Jalepeno Bites
  • 12 Jalepeno peppers
  • 1 - 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 - 1 lb maple bacon
  • Slice each jalepeno pepper in half long wise. Scrape out the seeds and the ribs. Fill each pepper half with a portion of the cream cheese. Roll each pepper in bacon. Bake at 400 F until the bacon is to your desired doneness.
