Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground prok
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions
  1. Brown off pork
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan with the pork, cover and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
