  • i large chicken
  • creole seasonings
  • budweiser beer
  • 4 grapefruits
  • there are 100 recipies for this method of cooking a chicken
  • well now there is 101
  • the chicken, comes out tasty and juicy. i don't know about you but i hate a dry bird
  • prep your smoker,get it lit
  • add your hickory chips
  • cut up the grapefruits and place in the water ,under the birds

Directions
  1. rub 2 chickens with your favorite rub, inside and out
  2. drink a 1/2 a beer,
  3. put the can up the chickens, butt
  4. place chicken on the grill, standing up
  5. drink another 1/2 a beer as you laugh at the bird
  6. repeat the butt thing, and stand the 2nd bird up
  7. drink another beer, laugh at the birds,
  8. grab one of their wings and wave bye bye
  9. as you put the top of the smoker on
  10. smoke try and maintain a 220 to 240 range heat
  11. if using a internal thermonter..180 degree inside temp
  12. 3 hr cook time

The grapefruit sounds like a wonderful idea! And every good has got to play with the chickens as he cooks! I always invite more family, more chickens to cook, more 1/2 beers to drink! 5!
