i large chicken

creole seasonings

budweiser beer

4 grapefruits

the chicken, comes out tasty and juicy. i don't know about you but i hate a dry bird

prep your smoker,get it lit

add your hickory chips

cut up the grapefruits and place in the water ,under the birds

Directions

rub 2 chickens with your favorite rub, inside and out

drink a 1/2 a beer,

put the can up the chickens, butt

place chicken on the grill, standing up

drink another 1/2 a beer as you laugh at the bird

repeat the butt thing, and stand the 2nd bird up

drink another beer, laugh at the birds,

grab one of their wings and wave bye bye

as you put the top of the smoker on

smoke try and maintain a 220 to 240 range heat

if using a internal thermonter..180 degree inside temp

3 hr cook time
