Ingredients
- 2 potatoes cubed shopping list
- 1 5.5 oz package au- gratin instant potato mix shopping list
- 1 10.5 oz can condensed chicken broth shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1 cup heavey cream shopping list
How to make it
- in large saucepan
- combine potatoes- au-gratin, broth, water
- cook over medium heat- stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.. about 40 minutes
- stir in cream and heat throughly .....serve hot
- note. while cooking- add water if necessary
