Ingredients
  • 2 potatoes cubed
  • 1 5.5 oz package au- gratin instant potato mix
  • 1 10.5 oz can condensed chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup heavey cream

Directions
  1. in large saucepan
  2. combine potatoes- au-gratin, broth, water
  3. cook over medium heat- stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.. about 40 minutes
  4. stir in cream and heat throughly .....serve hot
  5. note. while cooking- add water if necessary
