How to make it

  • Place salt and water in a large bowl and stir to dissolve salt.
  • Put chicken in brine and soak for 120 minutes.
  • Drain chicken and dry with paper towel.
  • Mix 3/4 c Cherry sauce and remaining ingreds. in a medium bowl.
  • Dip chicken in sauce to coat.
  • Place in a greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
  • Pour on any leftovers and bake in a 350 F oven for 60 minutes or till browned and juices run clear.
  • Remove from oven and top chicken with remaining 1/3 c Cherry sauce.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
