Just Peachy Cherry Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 large boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts

1/2 c Salt

8 c cool Water

3/4 c + 1\3 c bottled Cherry Sauce OR Pie Filling

1/3 c 5 Alive Passionate Peach juice

1 clove Garlic, crushed

1 dash Tabasco

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1 Peach, peeled and diced small

1 pinch @ pepper & Tabasco

Directions

Place salt and water in a large bowl and stir to dissolve salt.

Put chicken in brine and soak for 120 minutes.

Drain chicken and dry with paper towel.

Mix 3/4 c Cherry sauce and remaining ingreds. in a medium bowl.

Dip chicken in sauce to coat.

Place in a greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

Pour on any leftovers and bake in a 350 F oven for 60 minutes or till browned and juices run clear.

Remove from oven and top chicken with remaining 1/3 c Cherry sauce.

Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
