Just Peachy Cherry Chicken

- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken Breasts shopping list
- 1/2 c salt shopping list
- 8 c cool water shopping list
- 3/4 c + 1\3 c bottled Cherry Sauce OR pie filling shopping list
- 1/3 c 5 Alive Passionate peach juice shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 dash Tabasco shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 peach, peeled and diced small shopping list
- 1 pinch @ pepper & Tabasco shopping list
How to make it
- Place salt and water in a large bowl and stir to dissolve salt.
- Put chicken in brine and soak for 120 minutes.
- Drain chicken and dry with paper towel.
- Mix 3/4 c Cherry sauce and remaining ingreds. in a medium bowl.
- Dip chicken in sauce to coat.
- Place in a greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
- Pour on any leftovers and bake in a 350 F oven for 60 minutes or till browned and juices run clear.
- Remove from oven and top chicken with remaining 1/3 c Cherry sauce.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
