How to make it

  • Cut the ginger into workable pieces
  • Peel the skin off
  • Place into freezer bag and put into freezer
  • Pull out a piece as rasp it into you drinks or foods
  • Put unused portion back into the bag and into the freezer
  • Fresh ginger can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks if it is left unpeeled. Stored unpeeled in the freezer, it will keep for up to six months.
