Mexican Corn Dip
- Time 30 minutes
- Serves 24
- 2 cans (11oz) Mexican corn, drained
- 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of mayonnaise
- 10-20 jalapeno slices, chopped
- Tortilla chips or Frito scoops
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients together and place in an 11x8 baking dish.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
- Serve with chips.
