How to make it

  • Trim fat from pork ribs if necessary.
  • Arrange ingredients in layers in slow cooker. Stir.
  • Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 8 hours or until meats are tender.
  • Remove to platter with slotted spoon and large fork.
  • Slice corned beef.
  • Cooking liquid can be served over meat and/or mashed potatoes.
