Feijoada Completa

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork ribs shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds (or larger) corned beef brisket shopping list
- 12 ounces kielbasa, cut in 2 inch pieces shopping list
- 12 ounces bratwurst links, cut in half shopping list
- 3 cups vegetable broth shopping list
- 1 cup sweet onion, chopped shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 cup mild, medium or hot salsa (I use hot) shopping list
How to make it
- Trim fat from pork ribs if necessary.
- Arrange ingredients in layers in slow cooker. Stir.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 8 hours or until meats are tender.
- Remove to platter with slotted spoon and large fork.
- Slice corned beef.
- Cooking liquid can be served over meat and/or mashed potatoes.
