Feijoada Completa Recipe
An easy to make meal for a group of hungry "carnivores".

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork ribs
  • 1 1/2 pounds (or larger) corned beef brisket
  • 12 ounces kielbasa, cut in 2 inch pieces
  • 12 ounces bratwurst links, cut in half
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mild, medium or hot salsa (I use hot)

Directions
  1. Trim fat from pork ribs if necessary.
  2. Arrange ingredients in layers in slow cooker. Stir.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 8 hours or until meats are tender.
  4. Remove to platter with slotted spoon and large fork.
  5. Slice corned beef.
  6. Cooking liquid can be served over meat and/or mashed potatoes.
