- 4 - bay leaves shopping list
- 1- tablespoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1- tablespoon coriander seeds shopping list
- 1- tablespoon cumin seeds shopping list
- 1- tablespoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1- tablespoon black peppercorns shopping list
- 1 - tablespoon dried thyme shopping list
- 1- teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1- teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 - teaspoon anised seeds shopping list
- 1/2- teaspoon cardamon seeds shopping list
- 1/2- teaspoon whole cloves shopping list
- 1/2 - teaspoon mixed spice shopping list
- need a spice meal or grinder or food processor shopping list
How to make it
- Place all the ingredients in a spice meal or other to grind them into a powder........
- then store the mixture in a tightly sealed container
- can keep for several months
- makes approx 1/2 cup of spice
