Ingredients

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, baked and diced(season to your liking)

2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 can oriental style vegetables, drained

1 can water chestnuts, drained

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing (best if you use this!!)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 green onions, chopped

1 large can - chinese dry noodles (aka chow mein noodles)

salted cashews ( optional)

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine diced chicken with all other ingredients EXCEPT the noodles, cashews and salt/pepper; stir to blend well

Season to taste with salt & pepper

Pour mixture into buttered 7 x 10 inch casserole dish

Sprinkle with cashews, if desired

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F

The last few minutes top with chinese noodles
