Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup wine
  • 2 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks

Directions
  1. Blend sugar into cream with a wire whisk. Add lemon rind, juice and wine, blend well. Fold in beaten egg whites and continue to hand beat with whisk till thoroughly blended, about 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
