How to make it

  • Cream together eggs,sugar,butter,cream,dash of salt,and flour.
  • Make a stiff dough,work smooth,roll out so that dough is very thin.
  • Cut dough into squares,pierce with fork several times.
  • Fry in deep oil until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels,over brown paper sack.
  • Dust heavily with powdered sugar
