    Lillian, I love this pumpkin! We are doing this on Friday night w a couple of Wynne's harvest martinis. Betcha my pumpkin wont look like that after those drinks, lol.

    If you cover the cut parts with vasoline it will help to preserve it. Also keep in a cool place but don't let it freeze (depending on where you live).
