Ingredients
  • 250g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 ½ Gherkin chopped
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh Parsley -chopped

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients other than parsley. Using hands to roll into a log. Sprinkle parsley on a sheet of foil large enough to wrap around the cheese log. Wrap up cheese log & refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
