Ingredients

250g Philadelphia cream cheese

1 Onion - finely chopped

2 Tablespoon Tomato sauce

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon Tabasco

½ teaspoon Garlic powder

1 ½ Gherkin chopped

Salt & pepper

Fresh Parsley -chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients other than parsley. Using hands to roll into a log. Sprinkle parsley on a sheet of foil large enough to wrap around the cheese log. Wrap up cheese log & refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
