How to make it

  • Oven 350° spray a 9x13” pan or 2- 8” pans
  • In double boiler melt butter and chocolate together
  • Transfer to bowl of mixer and beat in sugar until completely combined
  • Beat in eggs one at a time until completely incorporated add vanilla mix 1 minute
  • By hand stir in flour, baking powder, and salt, until just combined.
  • BAKE:
  • 8” - - bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out with only several moist crumbs
  • 9x13” - - bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out with only several moist crumbs
  • Let cool 45 minutes to 1 hour
  • Cover with plastic wrap and store in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days
  • Can be wrapped and frozen for up to 4 months
