imagine this in a hammock, by a shack, on a beach , under a swaying palm tree or wherever you happen to want to be you can sip this tropical drink........what a treat....
Ingredients
- 2 ounces tequila shopping list
- 3-4 tablespoons coconut cream ( milk) shopping list
- 1- ounce curacao or another orange liqueur shopping list
- 1- ounce pineapple juice shopping list
- 1- ounce fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1- lime wedge shopping list
- toasted shredded coconut shopping list
How to make it
- in a shaker half filled with ice , combine the tequila and coconut cream , curacao, pineapple juice and lie juice
- shake well
- pour into a large stemmed cocktail glass
- squeeze the lime wedge into the cocktail, then discard it
- sprinkle the shredded coconut on top and serve immed ..........
- enjoy
