This is a very simple and extremely tasty recipe,, a favorite at pot lucks and is pretty too!!

Ingredients
  • 3 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained.
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups herb flavored stuffing mix

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except stuffing.
  2. Mix well
  3. Spoon into 13x9 in baking dish.
  4. Top with stuffing
  5. Bake at 325 for 40 min.
