Dried Beef Cheese Log
Ingredients
- 1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 green onions chopped
- 2 pkg. smoked chopped dried beef
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients and 1 pkg. of dried beef together.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours
- Shape into a long roll and cover with second pkg. of dried beef.
- Chill until ready to use,
- Serve on crackers or small deli rye bread slices.
