Ingredients

1 7 oz jar of jalapinos

4 eggs

salt

1/2 lb sharp grated cheese

dash of red pepper

Directions

drain and seed peppers; cut into thin lenghtwise slices and lightly line bottom and sides of 9 inch pie platee.

leave spaces between pieces of pepper.

press grated cheese over peppers, making pie shell. beat eggs, adding salt and red pepper, pour over cheese and bake at 350 degrees f for 25-30 minutes
