Buffalogarlic Chicken Legs
- 6 Chicken Legs
- 5 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4lb Butter
- TT Celery Salt
- TT Black Pepper
- 2c Hot sauce (Franks Red Hot)
How to make it
- Cook garlic in butter on low, do not brown.
- Add hot sauce, celery salt and pepper. Simmer for about 8 mins.
- In a shallow baking pan, something just big enough to squeeze the legs in, add chicken cover with all the sauce.
- Bake on 350-375F for about 40 mins.
