Ingredients
  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 1 tbs. watermelon extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups crushed watermelon
  • water (depending on your cake mix, check in the back and see how much water is needed for you)
  • white frosting
  • 1/2 tsp. red food coloring (for frosting)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. red food coloring (for cake batter)

Directions
  1. Add watermelon extract, eggs, crushed watermelon, water, and 1 1/2 tsp. red food coloring to cake mix)
  2. pour into 2 inch pan
  3. bake in 350 degrees oven (you can tell it's done if a toothpick sticked into it comes out clean)
  4. when it's done take it out of the oven and let it cool for 20 min.
  5. frost it with your pink frosting
  6. you could add thin slices of watermelon on top for decoration
