Watermelon Cake

Try this cake and you'll love it! It perfect for watermelon lovers and cold days. It reminds you of the warm summer days, and warms your heart up.
Ingredients
- 1 box of white cake mix shopping list
- 1 tbs. watermelon extract shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cups crushed watermelon shopping list
- water (depending on your cake mix, check in the back and see how much water is needed for you) shopping list
- white frosting shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. red food coloring (for frosting) shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. red food coloring (for cake batter) shopping list
How to make it
- Add watermelon extract, eggs, crushed watermelon, water, and 1 1/2 tsp. red food coloring to cake mix)
- pour into 2 inch pan
- bake in 350 degrees oven (you can tell it's done if a toothpick sticked into it comes out clean)
- when it's done take it out of the oven and let it cool for 20 min.
- frost it with your pink frosting
- you could add thin slices of watermelon on top for decoration
