    Hiya SAS LTNS.... How the heck R ya?? Miss seeing you around but I bet you have been quite busy lately. I wish I could help ya. I have made lots of farmers style cheese but never have attempted blue cheese. I looked up the link Vickie posted and I may even try that myself... Probably will not do you much good for this season but worth a try... Hope all is well with you and your family.... Jim

    Clever title, difficult question. I don't know if you can duplicate the creamy texture of Saga blue. But it is one of the most awesome cheese I know.

    Good morning, Sas hon. I think you could use a Farmer's cheese, Bleu and wine combo. I'll see if I can find something...but don't have the answer off the top of my pointed little sleepyhead this morning.

    I did see this but there's not enough time between now and Christmas to pull it off...
