Big Fattys Crab Stuffed Shrimp
- 24 peeled and deveined 21-25 count shrimp
- 1 can crabmeat (fin)
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. hot sauce
- 3 diced green scallions
- pinch of salt, pepper & garlic powder
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, to make the crab stuffing.
- Split the shrimp 3/4 long and place a 1/2 tsp. of stuffing into split shrimp.
- Fold over tail.
- Bake 20 minutes at 400 degees.
