Tobogganers Toddy Recipe
Something nice to warm the hands and the insides as will.Nice drink for the grown-ups after a stint outside clearing the snow.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Can Sweented Condensed Milk
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1-1/2 Cups Strong Coffee
  • 3/4 Cup Brandy
  • 1/2 Cup Light Rum
  • Cinnamon sticks and grated nutmeg

Directions
  1. In saucepan combine cocoa,cinnamon and salt.
  2. Add sweetened condensed miulk and mix until smooth.
  3. Over medium heat stir in water,coffee,brandy and rum.
  4. Heat thoroughly(But Do Not Boil)
  5. Garnish with the cinnamon stick to stir,and grate nutmeg over top of brew.

Superior drink....and just as good in Florida as it would be tobaggoning up north I believe. YUM.
