How to make it

  • You want a festive martinni glass ( classic one)
  • set one raw cran-berry in the glass...
  • then add two ounces of your favorite vodka
  • let this sit in the fridge covered overnight......
  • just prior to serving drop in one chocolate covered cherry ( room temp is best)
  • shake a smidgen /dash of poweder'd sugar over the top and serve.....
  • if you do it correctly........the chocolate breaks down....exposing the cherry in a white cream slurry....... the powdered sugar looks like small snow flakes..the two reds look like miniature oranaments,

    My hubby got three boxes of gourmet chocolate covered cherries for Christmas. We could have lots of fun with this recipe! After all the snow in WI lately the only way I need more is in a glass-LOL!
