Cocount Pie Just Right for someone looking for a good pie

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tab flour (mix with sugar)
  • 1 tea vanilla
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut

Directions
  1. mix the above except for 1/2 cup coconut
  2. Place pillsburry pie crust into pie dish
  3. lightly grease with crisco
  4. sprinkle 1/2 cup cocount on top of mixture and pat down with fork.
  5. Bake 400 drgrees for 10 munutes then 30 minutes at 370 degrees.
  6. (when using purchased pie crust lightly grease with crisco for home made taste)
