How to make it

  • mix the above except for 1/2 cup coconut
  • Place pillsburry pie crust into pie dish
  • lightly grease with crisco
  • sprinkle 1/2 cup cocount on top of mixture and pat down with fork.
  • Bake 400 drgrees for 10 munutes then 30 minutes at 370 degrees.
  • (when using purchased pie crust lightly grease with crisco for home made taste)
