How to make it

  • "Muddle" pear, orange peel and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice, vanilla, gin and simple syrup.
  • Shake vigorously to mix and chill.
  • Strain cocktail into martini glass rimmed with sugar.
  • Float a thin slice of pear on top if desired and you can add a dusting of freshly cracked pepper if that trips your trigger!
  • Enjoy!
