  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped

Directions
  1. Mix Together well and use at once

I love gremolata...it does add a wonderful touch to almost anything. I find I do use it a lot for seafood dishes. Another great post - thanks, John!
