Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Juice,fresh
  • 8 Stalks of Fresh Lemongrass,6 coarsely chopped and 2 halved
  • 4 Pineapple wedges,fresh
  • Crushed Ice
  • 1 Cup Citron Vodka
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice,fresh

Directions
  1. In pan,simmer the pineapple juice and the chopped lemongrass for about 15 minutes.
  2. Let Cool.
  3. Strain the pineapple juice into a jar and chill.
  4. Spear the pineapple wedges with the lemongrass stalks.
  5. Fill a Crystal pitcher with ice and add the pineapple juice,vodka and lime juice.
  6. Strain into chilled glasses,and garnish with pineapple
  7. OH BOY!!
